Utah, Shideler brings over three years of robust experience in the lending sector, originally coming from
the business owner side with an expertise in scaling systems and processes. At Initiator, Shideler has
focused on providing tailored financial solutions that support business owners in achieving sustainable
growth and stability. Shideler not only oversees daily operations but also shapes strategic decisions that
align with our clients’ long-term financial goals. His role in the Tava Credit Fund will be similar.
