Landon Ainge

Landon Ainge is currently the CEO of Initiator (which has originated over $260M in loans in the last 6
months) and has created and led the investment into over 30 Investment Funds.

Landon's background includes handling all the KYC/AML for institutional clients at Goldman Sachs, to
completing over $600M in company acquisitions in the blue collar spaces at a privately held company in
Utah. After leaving to manage the P&L of Overstock.com's mobile commerce, Landon helped co-founder
company Gabb Wireless, currently doing over $80M in revenue.

Landon's experience in both structuring and setting up investment vehicles is comprehensive having
managed investors for over 90 investment vehicles on both the debt and equity side.

​For the Tava Credit Fund, Landon will strategically be involved in creating the underwriting criteria (in
conjunction with our underwriting and accounting teams), as well as securing additional proprietary
sources of deals that fit those criteria.
