Clinton Jolley

Clinton Jolley is the most experienced debt team member involved in this space when we compare to the
number of lending transactions he has been involved in. Having completed over 1,000 business loans
Clinton understands every nuance when it comes to the customer process.

 

​Clinton has over 8 years managing or leading sales in either manager or Chief Revenue Officer. His role
is to oversee all pipeline management processes in addition to any customer engagement communication.

Clinton pre-dating his role as CRO and co-founder of Initiator, Clinton led partnerships at Lendio. At
Initiator he has facilitated the relationship with over 90 partner credit funds that bring differentiated
options and also proprietary deal flow, as initiator functions as the neutral third party helping navigate
which funds business owners go to.

Within the Tava Credit fund, Clinton will head up the identification of deals that fit the Tava underwriting
criteria, which enables the fund to be instantly scalable.
